Joint projects to support research with excellent international organizations

The Call for Proposals “Joint research projects with top universities” is funded in the frame of the multi-year Agreement 2016-2018 between Politecnico di Torino and Compagnia di San Paolo.

The Call, launched in 2016, supported joint research projects submitted by a professor of Politecnico di Torino in partnership with an international university ranked in the 50 top position of International rankings, or alternatively, with universities located in selected geographical areas. The project must involved two Phd candidates from both institutions, who carry out a mobility exchange.

The Call for proposals funds the fellowship of the PhD candidate of Politecnico di Torino while the Partner University covers the costs of its PhD candidate.

The Call for Proposals has already carried out three proposal evaluation sessions (November 2016, May 2017 and November 2017) which led to the funding of 31 projects (corresponding to 31 Phd fellowships), out of a total of 40 proposals submitted. The Phd fellowships were funded under the 33rd, 34th and 35th Doctoral cycles.

The call and final rankings are available at the following link.
